Helicon - the not-for-profit property management company from Pegasuslife

Helicon is a property management company owned in part by PegasusLife and in part by the homeowners of each individual development. The company is there to take care of the buildings and make sure people enjoy living in them.

The on-site Helicon team are not just there to manage and maintain the building, but also to engage with the surrounding community at each development, forming relationships with local services, suppliers and producers to create an experience that benefits the whole community.

To help facilitate this unique approach to property management, a Helicon app has been created. This allows people to look at services, track and view expenditure, and stay up to date on all that’s going on at their development and in the surrounding area.
